Using Your Plan: Journey, Co-Pilot, Forge, Impact

Your Plan Last updated 17 October 2026 5 min read

Your Plan is where the grant chase becomes a plan you can actually follow. It has four sections, each doing one job: Journey, Co-Pilot, Forge, and Impact. Here is how to use each one.

Quick summary Your Plan, under More, has four sections: Journey (a stage-by-stage roadmap of milestones), Co-Pilot (AI suggestions and six tools, including loan application drafts), Forge (milestones, files and a founder journal), and Impact (the social and environmental difference you make, with an AI report).

Open Your Plan

Select Your Plan under More in the app. Inside are the four sections. There is no fixed order, though many founders start in Journey.

Journey: your roadmap

The Journey section is a stage-by-stage funding roadmap of milestones, the markers that show where your startup is heading: getting registered, shipping an MVP, landing first revenue, or applying to a specific grant. It turns a vague to-do list into a sequence you can see and work through.

Co-Pilot: suggestions and tools

The Co-Pilot section suggests your next move in the context of your startup. It also holds six tools, including drafts of loan applications for Mudra, Stand-Up India, CGTMSE and PMEGP. As everywhere in Incubateer, it drafts and advises; you decide and submit.

Forge: milestones, files and a journal

The Forge section is your build space: milestones, the artifacts you produce along the way, and a founder journal. Treat it as the place where work takes shape before it goes anywhere official.

Impact: the difference you make

The Impact section tracks the social and environmental difference your startup makes, ESG in short, and can turn it into an AI-written report. Many government and CSR programmes ask for exactly this kind of evidence, so keeping it current makes those applications easier.

How the four fit together Journey sets the direction, Co-Pilot helps you choose the next step, Forge is where the work gets done, and Impact records the difference it made.

Common questions

What is Your Plan?

Your workspace for turning matches into action. It brings a roadmap of milestones, an AI co-pilot with loan application drafts, a build and journal space, and an impact tracker into one place, under More in the app.

Do I have to use every part of it?

No. Use the parts that help. Most founders start with their matches and add the rest as they apply.
