The app
The Incubateer app
You tell it about your startup, and it gives you a ranked list of grants, schemes, accelerators and cloud credits, each with an honest verdict on whether you are likely to qualify. It lives at app.incubateer.com and runs in the browser on a phone or a laptop.
Not ready to sign up? The grant fit check gives you a read on your fit and a few real grants without an account.
What founders do in it
- Matches. Every programme gets one verdict: Strong match, Worth a look, Possible fit or Long shot. Never a percentage. Programmes from your own state come first.
- Eligibility check. On any grant, a full check of what you meet, what is missing and what to do next.
- Saved and searches. Keep a watchlist, and save up to 25 searches that re-run on their own.
- Applications. A pipeline from draft to applied to won, with reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before a tracked deadline.
- Documents. A vault only you can see. Incubators never see your documents.
- AI Lab. Twelve tools that draft applications, read a call into a checklist and write cover letters. You review and submit everything yourself. They open once your email is verified.
Once a week you get an email only when there is something new for you, ordered by your own state, then the states next door, then national programmes.
What incubators do in it
Push a grant to specific startups in your portfolio and follow it from sent to applied to won. Run a CRM for your portfolio and a public form for your next cohort. A startup you invite shares nothing beyond its name until the founder accepts.
On your phone
Open app.incubateer.com in your phone's browser. To keep it one tap away, use Add to Home Screen in the browser menu, and it opens like an app. There is no app store download to look for.
The founder screens are in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi and Gujarati. Grant names, amounts and rules stay in English, as each scheme publishes them.
What it costs
Nobody is charged today, and no card is asked for at signup. The one limit is 5,000 AI requests per account per month. Paid plans are being worked out, and the price will be published before anyone is asked to pay.
What it will not do
It does not apply on your behalf, take equity, or charge a cut of any grant. It is not a government website, and it never promises that you will win. It shows you what you are likely to qualify for and keeps your deadlines in one place.
