Incubateer is a grant and funding discovery platform for startup founders, operated by Mahesh Kadamkode from Kerala, India ("Incubateer", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Incubateer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Incubateer does

We help you discover grants, accelerators, government schemes, and cloud credits, match them against your startup profile, score how well you fit, and track deadlines and applications. We provide information and tools. We do not award grants, decide who receives them, or guarantee any funding outcome.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You agree to give accurate information about yourself and your startup and to keep it up to date. Eligibility decisions for any grant are made by that program, not by us.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use. You may have more than one startup profile under one account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy, or resell our catalog or content.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or access it through automated means without our written permission.
• Do not upload unlawful content or impersonate anyone.
• Do not use Incubateer to mislead a grant program or submit false information to one.

5. Important: no guarantees

Grant details, deadlines, and apply links are gathered from public sources and refreshed regularly, but they can change or contain errors. We are not affiliated with the grant programs we list. We do not submit applications on your behalf. We do not guarantee any funding result.

6. AI features

Some features use AI to match grants, score eligibility, and help draft application content. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review anything important before you rely on it or send it to a grant program. How your data is processed by AI providers is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your content

Your startup information, documents, and drafts remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you (for example, to match grants and generate drafts). We do not sell your data and we do not share your profile with grant providers unless you choose to apply.

8. Our content and brand

The Incubateer name, logo, design, and the organised catalog are ours. You may not use them without permission. Links to third-party grant sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for those sites.

9. Pricing

Incubateer offers free and paid tiers. If you are on a paid plan, charges will be shown clearly and you will be asked to confirm before any billing. We will not charge you without your consent.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for missed deadlines, or for any funding you do not receive. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Termination

You can stop using Incubateer and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Incubateer after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala, India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
