The bits that keep your account running: handling more than one startup, keeping your profile current, exporting your data, setting alerts, resetting a password, and reaching a real person when you need help.

Multiple startups via the switcher

One account can hold several startups. Use the startup switcher at the top of the app to add a new startup and to move between the ones you already have. Each startup keeps its own profile, grant matches, applications, documents, and plan, so nothing bleeds across ventures. Whatever startup is active in the switcher is the one the whole app reflects, and grants are re-matched whenever you switch.

Editing your profile

Your profile is what drives matching and scoring, so keeping it current is the highest-value account task. Open your profile from the startup switcher and update your stage, sector, location, registration status, and what you do whenever something changes. A profile that reflects reality gives you honest scores and the right grants. For more on this, see how eligibility scoring works.

The Export tab

The Export tab lets you pull your data out of Incubateer. Use it to take a copy of your information for your own records, to share with a teammate, or to report to a stakeholder. Your data is yours, and Export is how you get it whenever you want it.

Alerts settings

The Alerts tab is where you control which notifications you receive, including alerts from the playlists you subscribe to and updates about grants relevant to you. Tune it so you hear about the things that matter without being buried in noise. Used well, Alerts is how new opportunities reach you without you having to keep checking.

Password reset

If you are locked out, use the password reset option on the login screen at app.incubateer.com. Enter the email tied to your account and follow the link sent to your inbox to set a new password. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder before trying again.
